So, you wanna whack someone do you? Well I suppose I can tell you how but I've gotta warn you, this is how wars are started so be careful 'bout who you're putting a mark on. If they don't appreciate your thoughtful gesture they might just want revenge and quite frankly, I don't know many mobsters that like to be whacked…
To put someone on a hit list:
1. Go to the Fight tab
2. Click on a profile, and at the top left you can add that person to a hit list.
3. You will be required to set the bounty and secure it at a cost of 20% of the total bounty.
Once you have followed these steps you will be able to see your mark on your hitlist. Your mark will stay on the list until they are dead. Whoever kills them… well, they get to cash in on your bounty. You will receive notification that your mark has been taken out in the "Player Updates" section of your homepage.
That's all I've got for you and I probably shouldn't have even told you that much. It's a dog eat dog world out there man, and you're stepping right into the middle of it… Try not to get yourself killed.
