I have an idea. Kind of like how with the mob train, you enter the id and you come up on a list? What if there was something like that for vulch targets? Say you enter the user number, their level, and how much money they bring. Then their name goes on a list for a few days. If you want to vulch them, you just go in to the tool, enter what level of player you want to fight, and it brings you up a list of targets.
